Our Story
As a team of operational planners, trainers and ISO consultants, we spent years looking for an affordable, easy to use integrated management system. We couldn’t find one.
So, back on 2014 we decided to develop our own application suite to help project planners, operational manager and resource co-ordinators. Tabulator software is now employed across businesses in UK and Ireland. Our system is hosted on secure cloud-based servers and can be used 24×7 on any mobile device.

Team
Colm Maguire
Managing Director
Colm has a career founded in operational planning in the international technology service sector. He has worked for a number of leading global service providers including Teletech and Stream Global Services, as well as time with Amazon in Luxembourg. As Director of Resource Planning, Colm held responsibility to plan the workflow for over 3,500 employees across 8 locations in Europe. Taking this experience, in 2014 he founded his own business, and since then has developed software solutions that improve efficiency, support quality processes and operational excellence. His passion is to move his clients away from bad practise, and the use of spreadsheets and whiteboards. Colm graduated from University of Glasgow with B.Acc in Accountancy, Business Law and Economics.
Jackie O'Neill
Director
Jackie O’Neill has been involved in developing and auditing ISO/IMS systems for over 20 years with a focus on the Construction Industry. Jackie is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH & qualified IRCA auditor - helping countless clients develop paperless IMS systems for site and office
